Hi…my name is Patrick…you can call me pat…I love to travel, I like long driving going to different cities
and towns and visiting other countries with my family as part of my relaxation,
Also I love to cook and bake as my hobby. I love to teach, as I am very passionate about to what I do.
I am currently working as a director for training in a business process outsourcing industry which what
They call contact center. Basically what I do is I teach or train people who wants to work in a call center,
And they undergo lots of English communication skills with me as well as their vocabulary skills and
Pronunciation skills…now, it is my duty to see to it that they are fully equipped with the knowledge I will
Share with them and it is my duty to put smile on their faces at the end of our training week… also, I
Always put lots of smile, enthusiasm and excitement whenever I train people… now my strong points as
a teacher or lecturer is my experience assessing and teaching people who are having hard time with
Their communication skills… to me very effective is having a one on one session as I could see their
Weaknesses… in that case I could focus on what I could do on their level of competency… and I will
Guide them every step of the way.
