自己紹介（英語）

Hi! My name is Carlo and I'm applying as one of your future tutors. First off, you can call me "Carl". My mom said I should have been Marco Gian Carlo but my dad didn't like long names so I ended up with just one. Anyway, when I was in college I took up Bachelor of Science in Business with Computer Applications. I don't know what made me decide to take that course because I hated math back then and well, until now I'm constantly avoiding math. Somehow I managed to pull it off. I graduated from Silliman University juggling part-time work and studies.

After college I've had several jobs. Just to mention a few, I worked with a local courier business as an Accounting staff where I had clerical and general accounting responsibilities. I later resigned and worked as a Credit Control Representative at DHL Phils. My job was basically an accounts receivable and I did client visits for accounts reconciliation. The job was manageable but I thought I need to have a bigger pay (and believe it or not lesser math) so I joined SSI Phils. where I'm presently connected with. It's a US-based research firm. I have been in the company for almost six years as a market researcher. I take outbound calls for a market survey. We are calling different businesses or households to gather data depending on the project whether it might be product awareness, customer satisfaction or political poll.

Now, I don't have any related experience in teaching but I have the ABC's and I believe in myself that I'm capable of. My willingness to learn and partnered with intensive training, I believe and hopeful as well that can be one of your dynamic and effective online teacher. Thank you.
